Summary
Camden National Bank understands theimportance of big data and analytics. As part of our strategic initiatives, we continueto build out our Business Intelligence Program. In order to support and helplead the charge on these efforts we are hiring a business intelligence analyst.The position will work closely with all business lines to identify businessneeds and translate the needs to specific data sets. This will require a deepunderstanding of query and reporting tools, as well as advanced data analysistechniques. The Business Intelligence Analyst will educate and train internalstakeholders to use & interpret data and leverage the corporate analysistools.
We are seeking a person who enjoys thedata science aspects of the position and also enjoys working with others at alllevels of the organization to determine business requirements, define keyperformance indicators (KPI), design corporate dashboards, and support thedevelopment & adherence of Data Governance and Analytics strategies. Theanalyst will support the selected platforms and aid in the design &maintenance of ETL queries, Data Warehouse cubes and analytical workflows.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supporting thedesign and development of business intelligence solutions.
Working with querylanguage(s) and visual reporting tools. Specific experience with Cognos orTableau preferred, but not required.
Working withfinancial data, conducting analysis and reporting.
Familiarity withdata warehouse and ETL concepts and solutions.
Solving problemsindependently and as part of a team.
Communicatingclearly and concisely, while moving from task to task.
Completing tasksas assigned, with great attention to detail.
Translate businessrequirements into data requests, reports and dashboards.
Create reports anddashboards using traditional and visual report writing tools.
Manage data setsand work with ETL and Data warehouse solutions.
Communicateeffectively with all corporate business lines.
Work withfinancial data, translating business data to usable information.
Preferred Skills & Experiences:
Data Visualization& Reporting: Tableau, Power BI, Qlik or similar
Data Manipulation& Analytics: Alteryx, KNIME, RapidMiner or similar
Data Science &programming: Python, R, SQL, SAS, Java or similar
Experience buildingand managing data warehouses
Experience usingdata integration/ETL tools

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Administration,Economics, or Computer Science related field preferred but not required.
Willingness to complete an Individual Development Plan (IDP),demonstrates the drive to continue to develop within the department andorganization, and continues to seek out opportunities for projectwork/educational opportunities to grow knowledge base. Has an interest and desire in participatingin internal leadership development programs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
