Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will perform a variety of customer service functions to resolve routine customer inquiries while providing efficient service through timely response to telephone and email requests.
The Customer Service Representative must have strong customer service skills that will astound customers with effective resolution, initiative-taking, account management and customer education that will create positive relationships.
Position
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to a variety of telephone and written inquiries and requests from internal and external customers.
Conduct account research and resolves problems within scope of authority.
Assist the Sales staff as needed and provide feedback where necessary.
Identify and implement solutions to customer concerns and inquiries with supervision and guidance from management.
Assure that appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared in a timely manner.
Conduct account research and resolve customer requests for adjustments to orders and billing within the scope of their authority.
Able to work as part of a team to achieve individual and team results.
Monitor and process orders, keying broker allocations and lottery items.
Maintain general knowledge of product and pack size.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
Set up new accounts and maintain customer records.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred but not required.
3-5
years of Customer Service Experience Excellent communication skills are required to respond to a variety of customer inquiries.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to understand, interpret and explain company procedures and policies related to products and pricing as required.
Results oriented.
Physical Requirements:
A normal office environment requires frequent use of a telephone, computer, and photocopiers.
Walking, standing, bending, and lifting required.
Significant periods of time spent at a computer requiring hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity.
Frequent requests for assistance, both in-person and via the telephone, which may interrupt scheduled workflow.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
